Beyond the Chakras (4:50) We begin our study of the chakra system with a closer look at Muladhara, the base or root chakra. Muladhara - The Base Chakra (4:12) Swadisthana - The Sacral Chakra - centre of your pleasure, creativity, sensuality, nurturance and emotions. Sacral Chakra (3:13) Manipura - source of your inner power and self worth. Solar Plexus Chakra (3:22) Our fourth chakra keeps our bodies and minds in balance. Anahata - The Heart Chakra (3:28) Visuddah - our fifth chakra - represents the gateway to the spiritual and mental realms. Visuddha - The Throat Chakra (4:06) The sixth chakra Ajna, as it is called in Sanskrit, is the centre of your deep spirit self.
