Bill Homann - Journeys with the Crystal Skull

There are a number of known crystal skulls in existence, but of these the Mitchell-Hedges skull is unique in its extraordinary craftsmanship. It has been studied by both scientists and psychics with no conclusive proof as to how old it is or even how it could possibly have been crafted from a single large crystal. Many, including Bill Homann, believe it to be a relic from Atlantean times, and the story he tells of what occurred when it was reunited with the Crystal Orb (recovered from a cavity in an undersea pyramid in 1970) is highly intriguing.

Obama’s Hidden Hypnosis Techniques

image

THE EVIDENCE IS HERE: This document contains over 60 pages of evidence and analysis proving Barack Obama’s use of a little-known and highly deceptive and manipulative form of “hack” hypnosis on millions of unaware Americans, and reveals what only a few psychologists and hypnosis/NLP experts know.

Barack Obama’s speeches contain the hypnosis techniques of Dr. Milton Erickson, M.D. who developed a form of “conversational” hypnosis that could be hidden in seemingly normal speech and used on patients without their knowledge for therapy purposes.

Obama’s speeches intentionally contain:

  • Trance Inductions
  • Hypnotic Anchoring
  • Pacing and Leading
  • Pacing, Distraction and Utilization
  • Critical Factor Bypass
  • Stacking Language Patterns
  • Preprogrammed Response Adaptation
  • Linking Statements/ Causality Bridges
  • Secondary Hidden Meanings/Imbedded Suggestions
  • Emotion Transfer
  • Non-Dominant Hemisphere Programming

The Hollywood Holy Grail

Do you remember my post at Bloodline in April? New documentary film takes Da Vinci Code conspiracy theories and shaky evidence to new heights.

Of course, hype and controversy surrounding the documentary film, which premiers May 9th in New York a week later in Los Angeles.

The Internet hype is that Mr. Hammott has solved Saunière's riddles -- that the Holy Grail has been found and is now held at a secure location by Hollywood producers -- but Mr. Gough said Mr. Hammott's behaviour after finding the bottles suggests a stronger interest in publicity than discovery.

"If you or I discovered a bottle that we thought contained great secret parchments and messages and codes, wouldn't you open it? But no, they bring it back to London and take it to a symposium in Glastonbury, and open it in public, and everyone says, 'Oh, that's red felt-tip pen. I didn't know they had soluble ink at the turn of the last century.' It looked totally implausible. Then, all of a sudden, there's three or four more bottles. And there's spelling errors. The priest [Sauniere] spells his [own] name wrong. It goes from bad to worse ... It's like an Easter egg hunt," Mr. Gough said.

Well!
Over a three day stretch, ABC devoted almost 15 minutes of air-time to the documentary filmmaker who asserts in his movie "Bloodline" that the resurrection of Jesus Christ was a massive hoax perpetrated on humanity. Additionally, on Friday's "Nightline," reporter Elizabeth Vargas left out any mention of the bizarre interests of the film's director, Bruce Burgess. He's directed and written documentaries on Bigfoot, the Bermuda Triangle, Area 51 and a secretive look at a U.S. government's supposed cover-up of the alien landings at Roswell.

Wouldn't it be relevant to know that Burgess seems to be fascinated with every weird conspiracy imaginable? (How serious is Bigfoot and the the subject of the Bermuda Triangle?) On Sunday's "Good Morning America," Burgess's second stop on his ABC tour, co-host Bill Weir at least asked about his extravagant interests: "I do have to point out the fact that some of your other documentary work includes the Bermuda Triangle, Area 51, looking for Bigfoot in Oklahoma."

Bloodline - The Movie

In an explosive new documentary, called Bloodline, British filmmaker Bruce Burgess chronicles his two-year investigation into claims Jesus Christ did not die on the cross, but fled to France with his wife Mary Magdalene and their children.

image

Burgess' findings, documented in Bloodline, have led the filmmaker to believe the "mummified" bodies of Jesus, Mary Magdalene and their children - together with treasures that prove the family's identity - are buried beneath the rural French town Rennes-le-Chateau, where a priest, called Berenger Sauniere, discovered secret documents while renovating his country church in 1891.

The discovery was immediately seized by Vatican officials, and Sauniere was financially rewarded for his co-operation.
But Burgess believes the priest left clues behind in the Rennes-le-Chateau church, so anyone investigating the bloodline myth could use his pointers.

The filmmaker stumbled upon "stolen" parchments that he believes include Sauniere's clues, and joined forces with a team of bloodline enthusiasts to follow riddles and clues dotted all around Rennes-le-Chateau in an effort to find the site of Jesus' final resting place.

Atlantis Uncovered

Was there really, 12,000 years ago, a fabulous city whose people had already evolved all the trappings of civilisation - sophisticated culture and society, writing, astronomy, religion, monument-building - while everyone else was still living in the Stone Age?

Ever since Plato first alluded to the mysterious city of Atlantis, destroyed in a terrible flood, the notion of an ancient, lost civilisation has been a compelling myth. The idea was revived in the 19th century to explain the tantalising similarities amongst different far-flung ancient cultures that had no connection with each other - why did so many ancient peoples build pyramids? Why did they write in hieroglyphs? Why was their understanding of astronomy and religion apparently so similar? The popular explanation was that Atlantis was the common source for all civilisation, that after their homeland was destroyed in a catastrophic flood, 12,000 years ago, the survivors of this super-race then travelled the world, spreading their knowledge to all. But if this theory is right, the whole of human history will have to be rewritten.

Jacqueline Smith's film explores whether this popular, yet controversial idea could be true. It examines the mysterious similarities between ancient cultures, and traces the fascinating scientific evidence that shows why the theory of Atlantis has been rejected by mainstream science.

Although it was broadcasted on BBC Two on October 1999, it's a memorable documentary!

Further each chapter contains photographs, line drawings, and original graphics that were chosen to complement the text; in all three volumes, approximately 300 photos and illustrations images enliven the text.

The Steigers, prolific writers on the paranormal, have written an encyclopedia for believers. The volumes are meant to "explore and describe the research of those who take such phenomena seriously". Almost everything from mediumship to crop circles is taken at face value. Even Houdini's attacks on phony mediums are interpreted to suggest he was taking on frauds and not real mediums.

The work covers material of interest to a large segment of the public in a way that is clear and readable.

Anna Mitchell-Hedges and her enigmatic Crystal Skull

A crystal skull is a stone carving in the shape of a human skull. The sculptures vary in size from a few inches to life-size. Some are made of pure quartz crystal, but many are made of other types of stone found in abundance on Earth. Some stone skulls are genuine artifacts from Mesoamerican cultures such as the Aztecs and are known as skull masks or death heads.

But the crystal skulls that interest New Agers are extraterrestrial in origin or come from Atlantis. They allegedly are endowed with magical powers such as the spontaneous production of holographic images and the emission of weird sounds.

Today, millions of skulls, made of various types of stones and metals, are manufactured in a variety of sizes for the New Age paratrinket market, as well as for the museum replica market. And, despite the fact that replicas are easily made and are available from a variety of sources, advocates of the paranormal nature of crystal skulls like Nick Nocerino claim that no one knows how these skulls were made and that they are impossible to duplicate. Nocerino is the founder of the The Society of Crystal Skulls, International. His society uses psychometry, remote viewing, and scrying as part of their research methodology.

British Museum's Photo of the Crystal Skull

The myth of crystal skulls as extraterrestrial and extra-powerful seems to have begun with F. A. "Mike" Mitchell-Hedges (1882-1959) and his adopted daughter Anna.
Of all of the crystal skulls, the Mitchell-Hedges skull, the "skull of doom", is probably the most infamous. The skull was allegedly discovered in the mid-1920s by Anna Mitchell-Hedges, the adopted daughter of a British adventurer and traveler named F.A. Mitchell-Hedges. Anna claims that she found the skull beneath the altar of a Mayan temple in Lubaantun, a ruined city in Belize, on her 17th birthday.

Well, here is a new website: The Mitchell-Hedges Official Website, home of the Mitchell-Hedges skull - fill you in on some of the real-life background to the mysterious artefacts.

UPDATE April 16th, 2008:

A new very skeptical feature: Legend of the Crystal Skulls by Archaeology Magazine, Volume 61 Number 3, May/June 2008
Crystal skulls have undergone serious scholarly scrutiny, but they also excite the popular imagination because they seem so mysterious. Theories about their origins abound. Some believe the skulls are the handiwork of the Maya or Aztecs, but they have also become the subject of constant discussion on occult websites. Some insist that they originated on a sunken continent or in a far-away galaxy. And now they are poised to become archaeological superstars thanks to our celluloid colleague Indiana Jones, who will tackle the subject of our research in 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull'.

Da Vinci’s World - Through Mirrors - II

Applying a Mirror:
A group of theorists believe that biblical images are hidden within
Leonardo da Vinci's art and can be revealed by applying a mirror to his works,
as shown here.

image

Here is Da Vinci's work, "The Virgin and Child with Saint Anne,"
before a mirror is applied.

image

The mirrored image reveals a figure which some say looks like
the Star Wars character, Darth Vader.
Scholars claim it resembles the ancient Old Testament god Jahveh,
who represents the human mind's struggle against vices of the body.

image

Darth Vader - Again?
A similar face appears on Mona Lisa’s right shoulder when a mirror is placed
on a spot pointed by her finger in the Leonardo da Vinci painting.

Leonardo da Vinci’s painting of Saint John the Baptist.
Scholars applied a mirror, guided by the subject's pointing finger.

image

Revealed: Tree of Life?
When the mirror is applied, an image of a half-woman and half-man appears.
Scholars believe it might be related to the interpretation Da Vinci made of
the biblical genesis. It may also allude to a painting, which ancient Italian
author, Giorgio Vasari refers to as "Adam and Eve sinning in paradise,"
which has never been seen.

Leonardo da Vinci's work, "The Virgin of the Rocks."
The painting in the Louvre is featured in the book and movie, "The Da Vinci Code."

Holy Grail?
When a mirror is applied to reflect the hands of Jesus in the painting,
"The Last Supper," some claim the Holy Grail is revealed.

Da Vinci’s World - Through Mirrors - I

Yes, another Da Vinci code is emerging from Leonardo's brushes, according to a forthcoming book by a group called "The Mirror of The Sacred Scriptures and Paintings".

Read the article below and here is how Da Vinci's paintings are mirrored:

Another Da Vinci code is emerging from Leonardo's masterpieces, according to a forthcoming book by group of Da Vinci theorists who believe that biblical images are hidden within the master's artworks.
Worthy of a Dan Brown novel, the claim identifies Leonardo's mirror writing as the key to unlocking the code.

The Renaissance genius, who lived between 1452 and 1519, filled thousands of manuscript pages with a unique handwriting that flowed from right to left and reversed all the letters.

Scholars have believed that the artist developed this impossible writing simply because a left-handed Leonardo would have evolved a style of handwriting efficient for him.

But, according to Hugo Conti, a self-taught Argentinian historian who leads a mysterious group called "The Mirror of The Sacred Scriptures and Paintings," the writings conceal much more -- a key to secret images.

"It is easy to find invisible images in Leonardo's paintings. Many of his characters seem to be staring into space. In reality, they are indicating where one must place the mirror to visualize the images," Conti told Discovery News.

When applied to Da Vinci's painting "Saint Anne, the Virgin and Child," on display at London's National Gallery, a mirror reveals a figure which some cynical observers say looks like the Star Wars character Darth Vader.

According to Conti, the image resembles the ancient Old Testament god Jahveh, who represents the human mind's struggles against the vices of the body.

A similar face appears on Mona Lisa's right shoulder, as a mirror is placed right on a spot pointed at by her finger.

"The Last Supper," in which other probes have so far revealed a hidden Mary Magdalene, a woman holding a child, and a musical script, reveals a key image when a mirror is applied. According to Conti, one can see the Holy Grail itself overturned on the table when viewed with a mirror.

"The glance of the apostle James is not directed to Judas, but to where the Holy Grail, only viewable through a mirror, is overturned on the table, just between Jesus' hands," Conti said.

Conti says another biblical image is hidden in Leonardo's painting of John the Baptist, on display at the Louvre Museum.

Again, John the Baptist's finger points to where one must place the mirror.

The result, at first glance, is a woman being bonked by a tree. Conti believes it represents the Tree of Life in Adam and Eve's Garden of Eden.

"All these hidden biblical images are related to a secret message left by the artist. They represent the allegories of the Genesis and New Testament and open the doors to a new way of reading these artworks," Conti said.

According to Conti, Leonardo da Vinci and other Renaissance artists had knowledge of the allegories mentioned in many biblical references and in the treaties of Philo of Alexandria, a 1st century philosopher and theologian.

"All the images are related to explanations given by Philo, who reveals that the Bible is a symbolic representation of the history of the human intelligence," Conti said. "Adam is the intelligence that resides in the mind of every human, while Eve is the corporal sensibility. The hidden images in the paintings tell this story and can only be seen with a mirror by those with sharp vision."

He claims that clear references to the language of mirrors also exist in the book "Lives of the Artists" by Giorgio Vasari, the 16th century painter and art historian.

Nevertheless, the theory has raised skepticism in Italy.

While the Vatican commented that the study required "solid proof" and needed to be supported by art critics, the daily Il Giornale dismissed the claim as "pareidolia," a psychological phenomenon.

"Our brain tries to give a coherent meaning when faced with ambiguous figures, such as when we look at the clouds in the sky," Joseph Thornborn wrote in Il Giornale. "If we apply the mirror technique to a picture of Marilyn Monroe, we obtain a disquieting face with a chalice. Right, there is the Holy Grail on Marilyn's forehead."

Moon Hoax or Not?

Have you noticed the rumor circulating on the Internet that the Chang'e 1 image released last week was faked, that it looks too similar to a "2005 NASA photo"?
The rumor was written up e.g. in a Reuters story with the Reuters Photo Slideshow and in the Telegraph.

image

In the photo above released by China's Xinhua News Agency, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao unveils the moon image captured by China's lunar orbiter Chang'e-1 during an unveiling ceremony at the Beijing Aerospace Control Center in Beijing Monday, Nov. 26, 2007.

The photo below is China's lunar probe pictures, left, and the 2005 NASA pictures, right. The extra hole in the Chinese pictures could suggest it was hit by an extra meteorite.

image

Now it seems: Moon Photo Mystery Solved by Alan Boyle's Cosmic Log; check out for more details, further links and comments.

The photo from China's Chang'e 1 orbiter is clearly a higher-resolution view, with sunlight streaming from the northwest rather than the north.
"So the notion that China faked their lunar photo can be put to rest. (What is it about the moon and conspiracy theories, anyway?)," Lakdawalla wrote. "At least it certainly isn't a copy of the Clementine image; and it's certainly not a Lunar Orbiter image, either."
Case closed? Not quite.
Lakdawalla found that a mistake was apparently made in stitching together the 19 strips of imagery to produce the finished picture - and that Chinese officials unknowingly pointed out that mistake as they defended the photo's veracity.

In a recent episode is also an Interview with former President Jimmy Carter. From the press release:
He flatly dismissed claims that in 1969 he witnessed an alien spacecraft. Though he did see a mysterious light in the sky, Carter described it as a UFO only because "it was unidentified, it was flying, and it was an object."
"I have never thought there were extra terrestrial beings on a ship from outer space," Carter explained.
Dr. Steven Novella, host of the "The Skeptics' Guide to the Universe" said, "UFO stories like these are almost always the result of mundane astronomical events." He went on to explain that Former President Carter may have witnessed the planet Venus under unusual atmospheric conditions.

Probably the press release is a bit misleading on some points ... if you listen to the interview, you'll hear how Carter said: "No, no, no ... all of us were outdoorsmen, we were thoroughly familiar with Venus ... it was not Venus."
Obviously Carter saw something he couldn't explain - so I think President Carter didn't refutes the UFO Story ... but check it out by yourself ... and by the way: In October 1969, it could not have been Venus because it was the morning star at the time ...

Is this Pope John Paul II waving from beyond the grave?

Vatican TV director says yes.

This fiery figure is being hailed as Pope John Paul II making an appearance beyond the grave.

The image, said by believers to show the Holy Father with his right hand raised in blessing, was spotted during a ceremony in Poland to mark the second anniversary of his death.

Details appeared on the Vatican News Service, a TV station in Rome which specialises in religious news broadcasts.

image

Service director Jarek Cielecki, a Polish priest and close friend of John Paul II, travelled to Poland after hearing an onlooker had photographed the image.

Father Cielecki said he was convinced the picture showed the former pontiff.

"You can see the image of a person in the flames and I think it is the servant of God, Pope John Paul II," he said.

The pictures were being broadcast continuously on Italian TV and also posted on religious websites, some of which crashed as thousands logged on to see for themselves the eerie figure formed by the flames.

The bonfire was lit during a service at Beskid Zywiecki, close to John Paul's birthplace at Katowice, southern Poland, on April 2 - the second anniversary of his death.

Hundreds had attended the ceremony. Gregorz Lukasik, the Polish man who took the photographs, said: "It was only afterwards when I got home and looked at the pictures that I realised I had something.

"I showed them to my brother and sister and they, like me, were convinced the flames had formed the image of Pope John Paul II.

"I was so happy with the picture that I showed it to our local bishop who said that Pope John Paul had made many pilgrimages during his life and he was still making them in death."

Conspiracy? Area 51

In southern Nevada, there exists a 575 square mile block of land that goes by many names: The Box, Paradise Ranch, Groom Lake, Watertown Strip and Dreamland. But most refer to this mysterious region as Area 51. Since the late 1950’s the skies above Dreamland have been home to an array of unidentified flying objects. Locals here know that sightings of curios lights and other unexplained phenomena are commonplace. In 1989, the revelations of Bob Lazar, a Las Vegas resident, brought the strange goings-on at Area 51 to a national audience. He claimed to have amazing inside information on the stark terrain 90 miles north of Las Vegas. Known as Area 51, this outpost is one of the most mysterious locations on the face of the earth, that until recently the government denied its existence.

Lazar wasn’t the first to claim that something out of the ordinary was happening at Area 51. Rumors about UFO sightings in the Nevada desert had been spreading for years. For those who defend Lazar and his accounts of testing UFO’s explains the extreme security over the military base. For those who discount his revelations believe there is a more plausible reason why the government had been keeping the activities at Area 51 from the general public. The base, built at the height of the Cold War, housed advanced military testing of cutting edge aviation technology. The secrecy wasn’t to keep the American public in the dark, but to keep Russians from spying on secret testing of this technology. Frequent sightings of these advanced planes may have been the source of the UFO sightings and experts assert that the government may have perpetuated these theories to disguise the their real activities.

Surviving 2012 and Planet X

First of all: There is a long, long list of "end of time" stories that get around for years.

Is there a disaster that mankind has not yet imagined, described, drawn or filmed? Depending on the way it sees the world and time, depending on its beliefs and its scientific model, each society perceives the catastrophe differently. This is true for the future as well as for the past. Technological prospects, political discourse and stories of the end of time, all illustrate this multi-faceted reality. Within each system of interpretation, catastrophe is now assuming an unprecedented significance in the face of the globalised environmental and social uncertainties of the 21st century.
Mankind has always wondered about its future. Through works of fiction, man seeks to describe the catastrophe to come, the better to explore, expose and exorcise his fears. These apocalyptic visions give expression to our concerns and help us to prepare for the dangers that the future may hold in store.

So, how about you? How do you imagine the catastrophe to come?

Oh well guess I'll just be extremely English about the whole situation and have a nice cup of tea.

Anyway - If you like end-of-times stories then this is one for you.

Produced and hosted by Marshall Masters, a former CNN science feature field producer, it is an ideal Planet X / 2012 primer for those new to this vital topic.
As the co-author and publisher of Planet X Forecast and 2012 Survival Guide, Marshall believes that 2012 will be a survivable, evolutionary event.
