The Meditation Timer Widget above was found at Poodwaddle. Other online timers I like: Meditation Timer by the Berkeley Buddhist Monastery. Nice idea with a incense stick. Visit the virtual zendo, and sit Zazen with this meditation timer. These are different kinds of Meditation Timers for our practice of meditation. Meditation Timer by Insight Meditation Center - these audio files consist of various lengths of silence as an aid to meditation practice. A bell is rung once at the start and three times at the end. You may download these files there or listen to them in streaming audio. Mindfulness Bell by Washington Mindfulness Community. Zencast Meditation Timer - 10, 20, and 30 minutes.
