The Mystery of Chaco Canyon

This film is the summation of twenty years of research that examines the deep enigmas present in the massive prehistoric remains found in Chaco Canyon in northwestern New Mexico. Between AD 850 and 1150, the Chacoan people designed and constructed massive ceremonial buildings in a complex celestial pattern throughout a vast desert region.

Aerial and time lapse footage, computer modeling, and interviews with scholars show how the Chacoan culture designed, oriented and located its major buildings in relationship to the sun and moon. Pueblo Indians, descendants of the Chacoan people, regard Chaco as a place where their ancestors lived in a sacred past. Pueblo leaders speak of the significance of Chaco to the Pueblo world today.

There are hundreds of books on yoga and as many as homepages and the reader of this site may question the need for yet another exposition on this topic.
Most of the yoga books, presently available on the market, explain only partial aspects of the philosophy while others completely pervert the true meaning of yoga itself.
It is a fashion nowadays to go for a short term course in yoga, often misunderstood to mean "Exercises" to keep the body in good condition. The philosophical and spiritual aspects, which are the sum and substance of all yoga-systems, are very often ignored.

The Prehistoric Alignment Of World Wonders

Great circles are straight lines that go all the way around the center of the earth.

The equator is a great circle. Meridians of longitude that cross over the north and south poles are also great circles.

For every location on a great circle, it's antipodal location is also on the circle. Other than the equator itself, any great circle crosses the equator at two antipodal locations, 180° apart.


Other than the equator and meridians of longitude that run due north and south, any great circle reaches it's maximum latitudes at two locations that are 90° of longitude east and west of the two locations where the great circle crosses the equator.

All great circles have two antipodal axis points. The two axis points for the equator are the north and south poles. Every point along the equator is equally distant at one quarter of the circumference of the earth from the north and south poles.

Every point along any great circle is equally distant at one quarter of the circumference of the earth from it's two axis points.

For any great circle other than the equator, the longitude of the axis points are 90° east and west of the two points where the great circle crosses the equator, and the two axis points are 90° of latitude away from the two points where the great circle reaches it's maximum latitudes.

Easter Island, Nazca, Ollantaytambo, Paratoari, Tassili n'Ajjer and Giza are all aligned on a single great circle. Additional ancient sites that are located within one tenth of one degree of this great circle include Petra; Perseopolis; Khajuraho; Pyay, Sukothai and Anatom Island.

Near Ollantaytambo, Machupicchu and Cuzco are within one quarter of a degree. The Oracle at Siwa in the western Egyptian desert is within one quarter of a degree. In the Indus Valley, Mohenjo Daro and Ganweriwala are within one quarter of a degree. The ancient Sumerian city of Ur and Angkor temples in Cambodia and Thailand are within one degree of the great circle.

An Inner Journey to invoke Brigit: The Forge in the Forest

Light your candle. Gaze into the flame for a few moments, then close your eyes. You will still see the image of the flame against your eyelids.

Now imagine it is growing brighter and brighter, and go one step further and imagine you are standing in a place filled with the warmth and red gold light of leaping flames ...

Imagine, in fact, that you are standing in the entrance to a forge in a forest, where a blazing fire is roaring, and in front of it stands a woman. Thick, auburn hair is tied back, but a few rippling curls have escaped around her face. She is dressed in dark green with sleeves rolled up to the elbows, revealing strong white arms. Brigit, for of course it is she, stands over a large anvil where all her concentration is focused on beating a sheet of soft gleaming bronze with a great hammer ...

At last, she looks up and smiles at you warmly. She has finished her creation and holds it up to the light of the fire for you to see. As you look at it, it appears to continually change shape: first it seems to be a leaf, then a globe, ... and now it has become a star.

Brigit laughs deeply, musically, and tosses the star into the air, where it sails into the night sky and takes its place among the glittering constellations ...

Hunt for ancient medicine secrets by BBC.
British scientists are helping uncover the secrets of medicines used by the ancient Egyptians 5,000 years ago. A University of Manchester team is travelling to Sinai, Egypt, to shed more light on how the Egyptians formed their ideas on medicines. They will compare modern plant species in the region with those used by tribes, such as the Bedouin, and plant remains found in ancient tombs.

Pluto Rises Again by Cosmic Log.
The top scientist behind NASA’s mission to Pluto, Alan Stern, says the icy world is making a comeback among astronomers: The debate over Pluto’s planethood is resurging at scientific meetings, and even the International Astronomical Union hasn't yet delivered the final word on its planet definition. When all is said and done, it may be the IAU – or, as Stern terms it, the "Irrelevant Astronomical Union" – that ends up getting Plutoed, he says.

A huge ancient settlement used by the people who built Stonehenge has been found, archaeologists have said. Excavations at Durrington Walls, near the legendary Salisbury Plain monument, uncovered remains of ancient houses. People seem to have occupied the sites seasonally, using them for ritual feasting and funeral ceremonies. In ancient times, this settlement would have housed hundreds of people, making it the largest Neolithic village ever found in Britain.

HBCC UFO Research Note: I have watched this video footage which is extremely clear to watch. I personally am amazed at what I am looking at on this tape. This object moves so fast, yet can stop of a dime and again from a dead stop move again at an incredible rate of speed. It is like it never stopped moving. I would suggest this footage is a must see.
